500 kg/item for standard products, 1 ton for customized extrusion profiles (supports trial production of 500 meters).
A: We support custom extrusion products. The usual process has 4 steps: demand confirmation → 3D design/proofing → test certification → mass production (cycle 3-8 weeks).
A: 3 days for stock materials, 7-10 days for new formulas (including performance test reports)
We can send them to SGS/Intertek and other institutions, and the cost is borne by the customer (about $300/item).

Conventional products are 0.6-1.6MPa, and customized products can reach up to 2.5MPa (such as fire-fighting pipes).
A: Standard products comply with BS EN 61386 flame retardant B1 level, and can be customized to V-0 level (UL94).
A: -40℃~120℃ (short-term resistance to 150℃), suitable for automotive engine compartment parts.
±0.1mm (precision grade) or ±0.3mm (general grade), which is better than the national standard GB/T 8814.
Supports 3-layer co-extrusion, color difference ΔE≤0.5, surface hardness ≥2H (such as high-end decorative lines).

18 inspection nodes: raw material entry inspection → online diameter gauge monitoring → 72-hour weathering test, etc.
Free replenishment during the warranty period (defect evidence must be provided), and a rectification report will be issued within 48 hours.
It is recommended to use a cold-resistant formula (-40℃ impact strength ≥50kJ/㎡), which has been applied to Canadian municipal projects.
The surface can be hardened (hardness ≥3H), and the life span is increased by 3 times (Dubai Expo case).
Medical-grade PVC is certified by ISO 14644-1, and the TVOC release is ≤0.01mg/m³.
Delivery schedule and transportation
7 days for inventory, 15-20 days for regular orders (excluding sea transportation).
Paying 30% of the expedited fee can shorten the delivery time to 10 days (need to confirm the material inventory status).
If the delivery time exceeds 3 days, 0.1% of the contract amount will be compensated per day (except for force majeure).
Sea transportation (main), air transportation (sample/urgent order), China-Europe Express (European land transportation).
Support, the destination port/tax number must be provided, and the customs clearance success rate in the Middle East is 100%.
Wrap film + corner protection + fumigated wooden pallet, pipes are equipped with end caps for anti-collision.
